Most of what makes a reception feel effortless happens months before anyone hears a song. The planning is the real work. The music is the part you notice.
The first conversation. We start with how you want the day to feel, not your song list. Warm and intimate is a very different night from loud and wild, and both are great answers. That one answer shapes our volume, lighting, pacing and how much we talk on the mic.
Your planning app. Once you book, you get access to Vibo, our planning app, set up with the template we've refined over hundreds of weddings. It's where your must-plays, do-not-plays, special dances, name pronunciations and the people we'll need to find at go time all live. It connects with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and SoundCloud, so you can pull from playlists you already have. Most couples fill it in a little at a time over a few months.
The timeline. We help build your timeline, then share it with your photographer, planner, caterer and venue. When everyone is working from the same plan, nobody is guessing when dinner starts or when toasts happen.
Final planning. About a month before your wedding, we walk through the whole day with you. Entrances, song cues, who's speaking and what happens if the weather turns. Your planning app locks seven days out, so by the time we load in, there's nothing left to figure out.
The day itself. We arrive early, sound check before guests walk in, and bring backups of every critical piece of gear. From there our job is to read the room, protect the timeline and let you actually be a guest at your own wedding.
One shared plan instead of five separate ones is the difference between a smooth night and a night full of small delays.
