One of our weddings got featured by WedPlan Milwaukee, and it's one we'll be talking about for a long time. Michelle and Dan brought an "elevated spooky" vision to Greenhouse No. 7 at Mitchell Park Domes in January: moody purples, blacks and grays, candlelight, dramatic draping and a warm greenhouse glowing in the middle of a snowy Wisconsin winter.
A day that was all them
Everything about this wedding felt personal. A close friend officiated. Michelle honored her late father with a reading and a memorial candle while a string quartet played "Landslide." The reception was full of little details only these two could have pulled off, like pillows shaped like their cats, Milwaukee Bucks gear and Funko Pops.
When a couple knows exactly what they want the night to feel like, our job is to protect that feeling from the first song to the last.
Our role in the room
We kept the early part of the night as elegant as the ceremony, then let the celebration build naturally once dinner wrapped. No forced moments, nothing cheesy, nothing that broke the mood they'd created. WedPlan summed it up better than we could: Sound Love Audio "kept everyone on their feet until last call." That's always the goal.
A great team
It was a joy working alongside Unique by Monique Weddings, who coordinated the day, and Reminisce Photography, who captured every bit of it. Read the full feature on WedPlan Milwaukee.
