RELIABILITY

Peace of Mind, Built In

You enjoy your wedding. We take care of everything else.

You should never have to wonder whether your DJ has everything under control.

Preparation Makes It Effortless

Almost nothing goes wrong on a wedding day for the first time. It goes wrong because a detail was never confirmed, a timeline never got shared, or two vendors were each waiting on the other.

Our planning process is built to close those gaps early. Months before your date we're building your timeline, collecting the songs that matter, confirming load-in with your venue and checking in with the rest of your team. By the time we pull up, the plan is already written.

That's the whole point. You should be getting ready with the people you love, not answering questions about extension cords.

Timeline

We build the minute-by-minute flow with you and your planner so every moment has a home.

Music

Your must-plays, your do-not-plays and the songs that matter, gathered long before wedding week.

Vendors

We reach out to your photographer, planner and venue so everyone works from the same plan.

Logistics

Load-in, power, placement and setup times confirmed with your venue ahead of time.

Wedding Day

Early arrival, quiet setup and a team that already knows your plan before guests arrive.

Five Things We Don’t Compromise On

Preparation

Most wedding day emergencies are planning gaps that surfaced too late.

So we find them early. Your timeline, music, announcements and vendor details are settled weeks ahead, not figured out on the day.

Two Team Members

Every wedding gets two people, not one.

One focuses on the music and the room. The other handles microphones, ceremony sound, photographer cues and anything unexpected. The booth is never left alone, and nothing waits for the song to end.

Professional Equipment

Gear chosen for clarity and reliability.

Grandma should hear the vows from the back row, and the dance floor should feel full without being painful at the dinner tables. We bring tour-grade speakers, wireless mics and clean power, sized to your room.

Backup Equipment

A second set of everything critical comes with us.

Spare speaker, mixer, microphones, cables and a laptop with a mirrored copy of your music. Failures are rare, and when one happens the fix takes seconds.

Fully Insured

Liability coverage that meets venue requirements.

We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance straight to your venue, so you never have to chase paperwork.

Working With Your Vendor Team

Your photographer needs a heads-up before the toasts. Your caterer needs a pause before the first dance. Your planner needs to know when the room flips. We introduce ourselves early, share the timeline and keep everyone talking, so the day runs as one plan instead of five.

Calm Under Pressure

Rain moves the ceremony inside. A speech runs long. The power goes out. None of it is a crisis when someone has seen it before. We adjust quietly, reset the timeline in real time and let you keep your attention on the people in the room.

Our goal is simple.
You enjoy your wedding. We take care of everything else.

Common Questions

Are you insured?

Yes. Sound Love carries general liability insurance, and we'll send a certificate of insurance to your venue naming them as needed. Most venues ask for it before load-in, and we handle that directly.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Always. A backup speaker, mixer, microphones, cables and a second laptop with a mirrored copy of your music come to every wedding, whether or not the venue has house sound.

What happens if equipment fails?

We swap to backup gear on the spot. Because there are two of us, one person handles the fix while the other keeps the room going, so your guests usually never notice.

What happens if someone gets sick?

Every wedding has two team members who both know your plan, so one illness never leaves your date uncovered. Your timeline, music and announcements live in a shared plan, and we have trusted local professionals we can call on if we ever need extra support.

Why do you always have two team members?

Because one person can't read the room and troubleshoot at the same time. With two, ceremony sound, mic handoffs, photographer cues and the dance floor all get attention at once.

Still Have Questions?

Every wedding is different. We'd love to hear about yours and help you decide if we're the right fit.
